Grantium’s Grants Recovery Act Management System (GRAMS) available on GSA Schedule Arlington, Virginia, May 18, 2009 – Federal, state and municipal agencies can now look to the GSA Schedule for an ARRA compliant solution. Agencies are under pressure to get American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) grants and funding distributed to stimulate the economy, manage the funds and report back to Recovery.gov. Many agencies are challenged with current systems not meeting the specific ARRA mandates for increased transparency and accountability. State and local governments will also face increased scrutiny as grantees to manage and report their use of ARRA funds efficiently.
