What is Grantium G3™?
Grantium G3 (G3™) is a COTS enterprise grants management product that effectively manages complex multi-tier grants and contribution programs. G3™addresses the full life cycle of the grant and contribution Program delivery process. Highly configurable, G3™allows access and synchronization with third party applications, customized reporting tools, authentication tools, and financial and document management systems. Using G3™:
- Reduces the redundancy of electronic and paper-based data collection requirements
- Establishes a standardized process to interact with customers
- Protects the confidentiality and integrity of your data
- Manages all aspects your grant Programs life cycle, from online proposal applications, proposal processing, survey reports, project monitoring and administration
- Enables government agencies accuracy, accountability and transparency.

What are the main components of G3™?
G3™ is designed with three primary functional areas that align with emerging standards and better practices in grants management, including Front Office (Applicant facing), Program Office (Grant Program team), and Back Office:
Front Office - The Front Office, or Applicant Portal, is the public-facing component of the EGM system. The portal provides the facility to publish programs, accept applicant submissions and publish award notifications.
Program Office (Grant Program team) - The Program Office offers all the functionality required by program staff to support the processes of the program delivery life-cycle, including application management and monitoring, assessment and award. The software components are: Program Planning and Design, Intake, Evaluation, Award, Post Award, Project, Monitoring and Administration, Project Closeout, and System Administration.
The Back Office - The Back Office provides connection points for integrating third-party software and legacy databases, customizing Grantium™ and producing reports. Grantium™ includes the following interfaces and customization tools.

What browsers can applicants use to apply online using G3™?
Grantium™ is designed to be browser-independent and uses Java Server Faces to help insulate Grantium™ from browser differences. Accordingly, most modern browsers work with Grantium™.
For security purposes, Grantium recommends the following browsers:
Windows XP or Windows 2003
- Internet Explorer 7.0

I have a technical problem but I am located outside of North America, what can I do?
The Grantium support team offers extended hours to licensed customers residing outside of North America. For our customers outside North America, Grantium provides extended support hours to resolve technical issues and answer any questions Monday to Friday to 3 p.m. Australia time and Monday to Friday from 12:00 p.m. to 8 p.m. London time to ensure that our support team is available to meet your needs.

The System Administrator has been locked out of Program Office – what do I do?
You must contact our Client Support team so that we may provide the system administrator with a new User ID and new default password. You can contact our support team at support@grantium.com or call us at 1.877.417.0007 ext. 244. The support team is available Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (excluding statutory holidays). For our customers in the Pacific Rim, helpdesk hours are extended to 3 p.m. Monday through Friday Australia time to meet the needs of customers residing in the Pacific Rim region.

Our program has specific forms and business rules. Can G3™ be customized to fit different requirements?
Absolutely! We believe that no two customers are alike. Aside from the templates that come with the G3™ Product Suite, custom forms and associated business rules are available at extra cost to the customer.
