G3™ Functionality
G3™ is the end-to-end enterprise grants management solution that enables grant professionals to effectively plan, award, and administer grant programs. Completely web-based, easily configurable and customizable, it can be integrated with custom reporting tools, data integration, financial management systems, and unique authentication tools.
G3's core functionality addresses the complete project life cycle and is developed around six major integrated modules:
- Publication - Supporting the need to advertise and promote the availability of specific programs.
- Application - Enabling the on-line completion and submission grant applications
- Intake and Assessment - Distributing qualified applications to adjudication and award boards creating the framework for the on-line, scoring, ranking and evaluation of submissions. This enables on-line collaboration between adjudicators and applicants in diverse locations.
- Program Management - Enabling the program manager to track, monitor, and report on the program to which the grant was awarded. Included is the ability to continually monitor and report on the program risk they by facilitating the opportunity to take corrective initiatives before the program is off track.
- Claims Processing - Supporting the program budgeting and progress claims submission and reporting.
- Performance and Audit - Monitoring the achievement of the overall program objectives and creating the audit trail essential to ensure the appropriate deployment and use of the grant proceeds.
Based on Government Standards
G3™ is founded on the United States federal Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Grants Management Line of Business (GMLoB) initiative, and Canada's Treasury Board Secretriat. G3™ also adheres with e.Government online objectives including Grants.gov, Section 508, Public law 106/107, JFMIP, GPRA-PART, TBS guidelines, standards.
