The Grantium G3™ training program provides our clients with the hands-on knowledge they need to complete tasks quickly and efficiently. Taught by highly-skilled consultants and featuring a comprehensive curriculum, the G3™ training program is designed with different levels of familiarity with the product, from the everyday business user to system-wide administrators and IT developers.

The G3™ training program is interactive; with an emphasis on hands on exercises, demonstrations, and discussion to ensure the practical relevance of all training sessions. Grantium's qualified trainers can deliver instructor-led training at the customer site in person, online through a Webinar, or at Grantium's training facilities. Computer Based Training (CBT) is also available.

Introduction to Grantium G3™ Training

The Introduction to Grantium G3™ training course provides the end-user with an understanding of the main concepts of Grants, Grantium's Standard Grants Management Process and an applied understanding and use of the G3™ system.

Advanced Grantium G3™ Training

The Advanced Grantium G3™ Training courses address advanced features and functionality of the G3™ software solution for each target audience. The Advanced Grantium G3™ training program is designed to meet the needs of the Core Team members, Program Staff and Technical resources.

Core Team members include the following:

  • Program Design and Program Planning Administrators
  • Business Analysts/Project Managers

Program Staff include the following:

  • Program Managers, Project Managers, Financial Officers, Clerks, Reviewers, Approvers

Administrators include the following:

  • G3™ Functional Administrators

Grantium G3™ Train-the-Trainer

The Grantium G3™ Train-the-Trainer program focuses on teaching the in-depth technical components of G3™ with a strong focus on learning and incorporating teaching styles and techniques to ensure information is taught based on the audience, and therefore with the best possible opportunity for success. The G3™ Train-the-Trainer training approach is designed to achieve two underlying goals:

  • Ensure trainees develop in-depth knowledge of the G3™ software.
  • Enable trainees to become knowledge leaders of G3™ and to transfer their knowledge to a wider group of staff.

Grantium G3™ Interface and Extension Developers Training

The Grantium G3™ Interface and Extension Developers Training course covers the G3™ Software Developer's Toolkit (SDK) and G3™ Data Model, and focuses on how a user organization can develop extensions to the G3™ functionality and integrate G3™ with other systems. This training is customized to meet the specific needs of the trainees, technical environment and customer requirements.

Grantium G3™ Report Developer Training

The Grantium G3™ Report Developer course focuses on the G3™ data model and the G3™ features designed to facilitate report design and development. Where appropriate, training can provide detailed guidance in the use of a specific reporting tool. Courseware is developed to address the organization's specific requirements.

In addition, this course may also include the following as needed:

  • How to gather requirements and configure forms to capture appropriate data to include in custom reports, and
  • How to access form data during the creation of custom reports.
